my mothers car started jumping about 2 months ago and she is still waiting for it to be fixed. meanwhile theyve already racked her up a $1100 bill. shes had to take it back several times. the radio was uninstalled and never reinstalled, the cover was not put back over the wires, the computer has been fixed 3 times for apparently no reason and the keyless entry no longer works. this was only after they had the car. she went to take it back today to get this fixed and it would not start. she called them and they jump started it and they went to drive down to his shop. about 2 minutes later it broke down again and they had to call someone to get the car. he had to follow the guy 150m up the road incase he broke down so they then made her walk home in the pouring down rain with all of her lecture notes for 15 minutes up a huge hill, instead of taking a 3 or 4 minute detour. #
