Where are the best Cocktails

It is a friends 21st on sat and we are going into town for a few drinks. We would like to take her somewhere a little bit special for a cocktail or 2. Can anyone suggest a nice place? Has anyone been to the new Lilo bar? I have heard it does nice cocktails.

Not that I am a cocktail person, I have had a couple of ppl recommend Bar8 - at the Shangri-la. It's a nice little place overlooking the water and has a few other spots in staggering distance so if you get bored you can take a stroll along the boardwalk and sample other places...

My fav place to go is the salt house, great view, very relaxed atmosphere and the cocktails are great. Or you can try caza demez(i think thats how you spell it :P) they have a greeat cocktail selection as well.
